ALAVA balance board is made from sustainably sourced high-quality birch plywood and it is available in birch and white. The board comes with a firm cork roller that is made from natural cork and it can also be used as a massage roller or for exercises such as Pilates. To avoid slipping we recommend using the board barefoot or with appropriate shoes, and for better grip you can also attach the additional anti-slip tapes that come in the package onto your board. ALAVA balance board can withstand up to 120 kg (265 lbs) of weight and it has stoppers on both ends of the board that prevent sliding off the roller.
